  • Who are Go Globe Travel & Tours?

    We are an independent travel company based in West Yorkshire, offering impartial advice and a wide range of worldwide travel options. As members of the Travel Trust Association (TTA) and holders of an ATOL licence, your bookings with us are fully protected.

  • Are my bookings financially protected?

    Yes. All holidays booked with us are financially protected.


    • Flight-inclusive packages are covered by ATOL.
    • Non-flight packages are protected through the Travel Trust Association (TTA).

    This ensures your money is safe, and you are protected in the unlikely event of supplier failure.

  • Do I need travel insurance?

    We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances. However, this is entirely your responsibility as the passenger, and Go Globe Travel & Tours cannot be held liable if you choose not to take insurance.

  • Can I make changes to my booking after it’s confirmed?

    Yes, changes can usually be made, but they may incur amendment fees and any charges applied by the supplier. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

  • What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

    Cancellations must be made in writing by the lead passenger. Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and are set by the supplier. In some cases, charges may be up to 100% of the booking cost.

  • Do I need a passport and visa?

    Yes, all travellers require a valid passport. Many countries require at least 6 months’ validity beyond your return date. You are also responsible for checking and obtaining any necessary visas for your destination.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept bank transfer, cash and all major debit and credit cards. Payments are securely processed and protected through the Travel Trust Association.

  • Can I pay a deposit and the balance later?

    Yes. In many cases, you can secure your booking with a deposit and pay the balance by the due date shown on your confirmation invoice. Some suppliers, however, may require full payment at the time of booking.

  • 9. What if my flight or holiday is changed by the supplier?

    If the supplier makes changes, we will inform you as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to accept the changes, choose an alternative, or receive a refund.
